Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry can include your name, company or brand, email address, selected service and project brief. The public website does not upload files. It prepares an email draft on your device, and nothing is sent until you send that email through your own email provider.
Files you send us by WeTransfer or a shared link are used only to deliver your project.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and discuss requested services.
- To prepare scopes, estimates, project plans and client communications.
- To deliver contracted creative work and maintain business records.
- To protect the website, clients and Creative Frog from misuse or fraud.
Cookies and analytics
This deployment does not set advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script. The hosting provider may process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to serve and secure the website.
Sharing and service providers
Creative Frog does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by providers needed to operate communications, hosting, file transfer or project delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Business outreach
We may email businesses at addresses they have publicly listed, about services relevant to their business.
- Every email identifies us and includes an unsubscribe option.
- Opt-outs are honoured promptly and kept on a do-not-contact list, so the person is never contacted again.
- We keep a record of where each address was found and our contact history for up to 3 years after last contact.

Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, projects, legal obligations and business records.
